# Getting Started with Web or Email Hosting at CreativeHaus

If you’re starting a **new web hosting** or **email hosting** account with **Creativehaus**, you’ll also need to **register a new domain** or **transfer your existing domain** to us. Your domain is the foundation of your hosting account—it connects your website or email service to your online identity.

**Step 2: Register or Transfer Your Domain**

To activate your hosting account, you must **register a new domain** or **transfer an existing one** to **Creativehaus**.

You can search for available domains, choose the perfect name for your brand, and complete registration in a few simple steps.

**Step 3: Check for Free Domain Offers**

Some of our hosting packages **include a free domain** when you register a **new domain and a new hosting package** together.

### 🆓 **Important Details:**

- The **free domain offer** applies to **one domain per new hosting package** only.
- **Add-on domains** (extra domains added to the same hosting account) come at an **additional cost**.
- The offer is valid **only for new registrations**, not domain transfers.

**Step 4: Complete Setup**

Once your domain is registered or transferred and your hosting package is activated, our system will automatically link your domain to your hosting account.

You’ll receive an email with all the login credentials and setup information you need to start building your website or setting up your email.

### 💡 **Tip:**

Always review your package details before checkout to confirm whether your chosen plan includes a **free domain**.

**Creativehaus makes it simple to get started online** — whether you’re launching a new website or setting up professional email, everything you need is in one place.
